Never judge a book, by its Cover

It is rightly said by someone that " Never Judge A Book By Its cover " .
We as humans have a tendency to judge people alot. Daily to daily we judge people on the basis of their work or any other thing.

We judge people on the basis of what they do not on the basis what they can do.
If we take an example of a person who is well educated, has a degree in good course but is doing a job in any mart, or workshop, we ll not give him any type of respect he deserves. We ll directly judge him on the basis of what he is doing.
We judge people on the basis of what they are doing. We never respect one potential, ones ability to do work.
Time change but we dont change. We should start giving what that person deserves.
Many series and movies are also based to show this kind of stuff. We always tries to pull one another down. We never wish or pray for anyone success.
Our mentality has to be changed, we have to change ourselves.
