So far it has been clear to me that scrolls are more important than DEC for passive players, so that no one can buy their way into the guild on a short term basis. Here, however, @marklos has continuously invested disproportionately more DEC into our guild over the past weeks and a similar number of scrolls, so I nominate @lina1997 to be removed from the guild if they both remain passive until the end of the top-up auction.
