Always silver linings
No matter how upsetting, disappointing or frustrating you feel, do you innately trust that positives will eventually come?, I understand what it is like to feel glum, when life throws a punch or two. Falling down the rabbit hole of negative poor me emotions is very normal and how long you stay is up to you. It is your sad gloomy pity pit for you to sludge around in.
No-one can get you out, only you! You hold the miraculous inner power, the magic wand to wave yourself out of your hole? But, before this takes place there is a little mound, hill or mountain to jump over called your personal perception, your inner awareness, discernment, your own personal consciousness.
There is no doubt this takes durability, sturdiness, determination and even if it is a bit by bit, day by day, week by week it is doable. Altering negative to positive perceptions is possible, silver linings sparkle, shine, twinkle in the shape of love, caring, friendship and kindness. You are never alone, just look and see.
And that is when you perceive something bright, shiny, dazzling and beaming, better things always happen, let them in. Best of all you climb out of your pity pit.
Even though life continually presents lessons that test our endurance, patience, and sanity, even at times taking us to the edge. For you own sake and well being try not to stay too long, look after yourself. Moving is the best. Walking, running, cycling are ways to work through your thoughts and feelings, to change your perception from negative to positive.
For me, meditating, chanting, yoga, walking and flowers are magical, lifting my mood bringing gratitude, appreciation, recognition of a higher universal power much bigger and immense than little me. Uplifting me knowing I am not alone.
Just gazing on ocean views, the luminous light, forever changing cloud formations, waves chases away heaviness, drudgery, glumness.
Just one more I promise. How can one not get a little lift from nature? It always kindly shares, willingly, freely...........

Thank you kind @lizelle for bringing #silverbloggers to Hive

I could not resist buying a little bunch of pink gerberas at the supermarket yesterday. It was like they were saying, buy us please, take us home to your place. And so I did and now they sit prettily in a glass jam jar on my kitchen window sill reminding me of silver linings.
