New Coffee Experience! A Coffee Mocktail

It's been a really extreme weather lately. I checked the weather on my phone. And sure enough, it felt like 37 degrees Celsius.

It was really hot inside, and my internet connection was spotty. So, finding a coffee shop to work online was a great option on these hot days!

I went to the cafe after lunch on my motorcycle. It's about 6 km from my house, so it turns out it's in the city center.

This area is still relatively new to me, and I rarely leave the house unless it's for work. Especially when I'm busy working in the garden. So, this coffee shop's location was my first time here.

Indeed, before visiting this coffee shop, I had already done a search on Google Maps. I did this to avoid being misled by the price and to ensure the atmosphere was suitable for working online.

Well, this is "TETRA COFFESHOP". It's located in the city center, and it turns out it's next to one of the city's five-star hotels. So, my first impression of this coffee shop is that it looks like a bar. What do you think?

Before Sunrise: Coldbrew With Pineapple Extract

I was stunned to see the coffee mocktail section on the menu. It was something I'd never tried before. So, why not try something different, right?

Seeking new coffee experiences is a must! I don't want to waste the opportunity to visit a coffee shop just to drink coffee I can make at home.

So, in this week's The Coffee Chop Prompt, I'll share a coffee mocktail menu. My new favorite coffee variation!

I was interested in trying the Before Sunrise menu. I ordered this one and paid $2. Let's see what the coffee tastes like.

Cold brewed coffee. Perfect for the hot weather, and it hasn't rained at all in months. It's truly the dry season!

The Before Sunrise menu combines pineapple extract with cold brew, topped with sour cream. They also add slices of dried pineapple as a garnish.

If my previous favorite cold brew was a combination of coffee and orange extract, now this is my favorite. It combines cold brew with pineapple juice. I think the flavor is more complex but delicious.

I didn't expect it to have a distinctive sweetness, even though the sour cream is added to the top. I think the pineapple used is a honey pineapple, which is naturally sweet. If the pineapple used was sour pineapple, I think it would ruin the flavor combination.

I'm happy to have this new experience of drinking delicious coffee. Cold brew blends sexy with sweet pineapple extract and a hint of fresh sourness. A distinctive tropical taste that's perfect for the dry season here.

I enjoyed Before Sunrise until the afternoon, while opening my laptop. I also brought drinking water from home in a tumbler. Don't forget to drink enough water after drinking coffee :)

Meanwhile, the ambiance of this coffee shop is really clean and modern. I like how they arranged the space to look minimalist, and added a little green space to keep the overall space from feeling monotonous.
