What are you doing to deal with the heat?

Good day everyone it another week for another post which we are ask to write on this topic how we can deal about the heat in contrary.

What is heat? Heat is a form of energy that transfer between object or system due to temperature difference. Whenever I attain church activities i always make were I'm sitting won't suffocate me with heat because alot of people slum due to the heat produced i always make sure I occupy my own space to the window and when ever i travel through land transportation i make sure I'm close to the window to gain fresh air. People have their ways of reducing heat where ever there are, whether in the house or public gathering based on their capital affordable standard

Now let's talk how i deal with heat even though I don't have electric fan now when ever my house produces heat i go into the bathroom and shower then i go outside to collect fresh air and natural air seems healthy and refreshing and I gain peace and mostly when it is quite outside you will think is because I'm not leaving in the furnished apartment with air conditioner i will choose natural fresh air to (AC)😁 does sound poverty? No right! Another people have another ways to deal with heat. When ever I'm walking in the sun and get Dehydrated i ran as fast my leg can carry me to a nearby shop to get chill water sachet water when it is dry season i wear cotton outfits something light

Of course this is Nigeria power supply in our area isn't steady so taking more than two times bath before sleeping i can abandon sleeping in the bed and choose to sleep in the floor if the temperature is hot. As a lady when I want to make my hair isn't much enough it won't make me uncomfortable. So this are my ways of dealing with heat i know you als have your own ways
