Swimming 3km in the ocean

Okay so this weekend is it Vansbrosimningen again. 3 km in Dalälven and it will be my 3th time doing it. So far 0 m swim training, so felt that I atleast hade to do one session.

Went down to the local swiming arwa by the ocean and swam 3.1km.
Felt good and now I feel I am atleast gonna make it!
