রসমলাই রসে টইটুম্বুর খুব মজাদার মিষ্টি। ছোট ছোট বল আকারের রসোগোল্লা চিনির সিরায় ভিজিয়ে জ্বাল দেয়া ঘন দুধ এর উপর ঢেলে তৈরি করা হয় রসমলাই। এই মিষ্টি দক্ষিন এশিয়ার জনপ্রিয় মিষ্টি। বাঙ্গালী ময়রা কৃষ্ণ চন্দ্র দাস প্রথম রসমলাই তৈরি করেন। বাংলাদেশের মধ্যে কুমিল্লার রসমলাই বিখ্যাত।
