বালিশ মিষ্টি খুবই রসালো ও সুস্বাদু মিষ্টি। এই মিষ্টি নেত্রকোনা জেলার প্রসিদ্ধ মিষ্টি,এটি আকারে বড়, দেখতে অনেকটা কোল বালিশের মত তাই একে বালিশ মিষ্টি বলে। এটি তৈরি হয় দুধ,ছানা,চিনি ও ময়দা দিয়ে। বালিশ মিষ্টি গয়ানাথ নামক একজন তৈরি করেছিলেন বলে এই মিষ্টিকে গয়ানাথের মিষ্টিও বলা হয়।
