CodeForces is the most popular site of programming. Starting from the simplest there are all kinds of difficulties. Here, online contests are organized twice each week, there is a separate contest for Beginners and Advances. CodeForces rating in job CV is seriously considered. Even in the university, UVA is recommended to solicit this site. Clicking on the solution of anybody to see his solution, how others perceive it.
