Lobb lowland summoner gladius case troops

A few days back in splindterlands I observed several splindterlands cards that had different abilities, after being confused about whether I could use gladiolus fights to include in the fight.
I searched for several summoners and it turned out that there was one who had that ability, gladius can only be active if there is a rule in question.

Lobb lowland is a summoner that is tough enough to defeat enemies of the fire, water and life elements I have also tried several times. The advantage is that it reduces speed in l fights.
