Gratitude day 46/62: SAFE TRIP

Hello everyone I'm so happy to be here today, I hope we are all having a great weekend, my weekend was great and very cool. My gratitude post is gonna be for journey mercies over my roommate's life. She travelled to University of Nigeria Nsukka campus for a resource program on Friday.

As she returned today she was recounting the events that happened on the road on her way back, according to her her friend noticed that a black SUV behind was speeding as though it was in a hurry to reach it's destination after some minutes it overtook the vehicle she was in, at sharp bend and fell off the road into a ditch covered with grasses just beside the road, unfortunately after bringing out the occupants of the SUV the driver was in a pretty bad shape as he was seriously wounded and was unconscious while the others were slightly injured.
My roommate didn't have any injuries on her just that she was in a state of shock as at when she returned.. I'm grateful to God because he showed her mercy on her journey back to school and didn't allow any harm to befall her, my prayer is that for those that were injured in the accident that God would grant them speedy recovery.
