Some friends are very intentional and that's so beautiful to know.
The simple things they do mean a lot and it makes the friendship was stronger.
Most of my friends know how much I love nature. About three of them made it their goal to always send me pictures of beautiful sky, flowers and any nature related shot they take with the caption.. "Specially shot for you.. I know you love them. "
As little as that act may seem, it makes me feel so loved and seen. It's not easy for people to be so thoughtful in this busy world. To keep record of the little things that make you happy.
Friendship is truly golden. To think that most of these friends are the ones I've not seen in ages, yet they find way to keep in touch and show me that distance has got nothing on us.
Wherever we find ourselves, we must learn to build solid connection , the one that time cannot easily tear apart. And, we should also avoid burning bridges unnecessarily.
Some people believe that once they are done with the particular stage they are in life, they don't need the people they've met. Little wonder, they are so cruel, unruly, rude, to the people they've once met, thereby closing of doors of som more beautiful to take place.
The truth is, the world is really a small place and we may never know how people in our past may make it into our future again.
This song describe how friendship should be.. Even though we don't talk on a regular, we should try to live peaceably with people.
It makes it easy for us to interact with each other when next our path cross. Nobody knows tomorrow.
Graduation, migration, marriage, or any other reason shouldn't be a barrier to end a genuine friendship.
I'm proud to say, I've gotten friends that have stuck with me for over one or two decades and we are still waxing stronger. Most of my friend are ones I made while in high school, and that's the beauty of it.
Let's not forget the good old days we once spent with these beautiful souls and remember that, it takes just effort to maintain good friendship.
Love and reciprocity is the way to go. That way, it will bloom forever.
