Non Commercials, Big Spec reduced long -3k compared to adding 7.8k shorts to be a smidge short _55k bears to +41k bulls.
Total OI short -81.9K short to 79k long.
Non reportables, who the heck are these guys, are overall long but dropped longs and added some short.
