How do you stay motivated even when you feel defeated?

This is an excellent question! As I've personally managed to rebound after many setbacks and finally succeed I can say with confidence that the most important thing in order to stay motivated is to become skilled at your craft - get better and better at what you do. When you are good, really good, then you just KNOW it's only a matter of time till you get to where you want to get to.
To give this post some extra value to the reader - here are also 3 habits that could help you along the way:
1. Write down your ideas, ambitions, goals and review them constantly, even on a daily basis.
2. Visualize your goals. Simply sit with your eyes closed for 10 minutes a day and see yourself and FEEL yourself as if you've already succeeded. This is a very powerful exercise.
3. meditate for at least 10 minutes per day.
