Hey guys!

I and Aly are better now since we have fixed our schedules and the baby started sleeping better.
I do realize that I am posting here no more than once per week and it makes me want to have more time for doing this.

MENTAL STRENGTH needs discipline.
I wish I’d known this 10 years ago when I first started my online business.

But in all honesty, I may not have been ready at that time. I was too young to have any discipline, I loved the nightlife and ...many girls...And during the mornings I was...sleeping...the days and nights were a continuous party and I barely had time to focus on my online customers...

It’s taken lots of wins and losses to develop the toughness and attitude I have today.

I want to share that with you today and show you how to tap into **4 power principles **for succeeding at the things that you want without burnout and overwhelm.

You have one life to live. Seize the opportunity you have today by

1. catching momentum or creating your own opportunity
2. building on your dreams while searching for your own resources and also externalize work, crowdfund, find any solution inside yourself but also outside
3. create strategic and punctual partnerships
4. always keep your "keys" safe. Keep your business secrets hidden. I had a partner who took some internal documents that were not registered and used them to his own advantage.

WHO IS IN YOUR CORNER?

Your team and environment are the single greatest assets to your success.
I had teams with people that I have never seen for real, only online.

You either have people holding you back or people pushing you forward. And you know which version is bringing you benefits.

Our personal environment is not always ideal, so sometimes, we have to go out and freaking create our own. When I knew I didn't own the exact amount of money to start the business, I applied it as a business project that was financed by others.

Consultancy, Business mentoring, even 1-on-1 support, all are steps of the way to your wealth and success.

WEEKLY THOUGHTS

Last week was such a beautiful, but also intense week.

I want to be real with you all.

We went through some challenges with Brooklyn coming early.

Within the first 24 hours, our little baby was taken to the NICU to be monitored for infection. It was a mandatory 48 hours.

Aly and I were forced to leave the hospital, so we were taking turns going back and forth to be with her, to be by her side...

To bring her positive energy and show her that we will always be there.

Five weeks after her birth, she was there again....in a hospital....That almost put me and Aly down, BUT we were strong!

Everything was positive. Vitals were perfect. She looked great, except for some precautions and normal behavior with an early newborn.

Now, I could have been taken out… thinking, ”Why me/us?”

It’s unfair.

It’s not right.

She should be with us.

But instead, we faced the circumstance as an opportunity to grow… together as a family, as a team, and as human beings.

We said, “Whatever it takes. We are here, and we can’t control this right now. Safety is number 1.”

So we did what we needed to. We have sent her love and we showed up.

And we had the same outcome happen to us as I knew we would.

She’s home, she’s safe, and we have dealt with a less-than-ideal circumstance.

I feel for everyone going through something right now.

Know you aren’t alone. Big or small.

We have an opportunity to grow or shrink.

We chose the empowering path. I hope you will, too.
