Borax fluoride detox: 1/8 – 1/4 teaspoon of Borax to 32oz of water with a pinch of sea salt. To minimize any nausea symptoms it is best to start with a 1/8 teaspoon of Borax per 32oz of water and work your way up to 1/4 teaspoon or some even say 1.5 teaspoons.
