Dreamless Nights?

Sometimes we feel that we did not see any dream at night, or many days, weeks pass and no dream is remembered. Also there are some moments when we see dreams on every night.

This can have many reasons. Often when we are in deep sleep, we do see dreams, but after waking up in the morning, we don’t remember.

Stress, tiredness, or too much thinking can also become a reason for forgetting dreams. Sometimes our sleep is not complete, so the dream process does not finish.

This is the two reasons that why see dont see a dream or if we see why dont we remember. Weak sleep, incomplete or stressful sleep are the main reasons we dont dream.

I remember once I saw a scary dream where I was alone in a dark place, voices were coming but no one could be seen. It affected me so much that when I woke up, my heart was beating fast.

Scary dreams are often a result of our anxieties, which the mind tries to understand in a different way during sleep. That is why we must sleep in relax mode, any kind of anxiety will surely disturb our sleep and dream.

If you don’t see dreams or don’t remember them, it is not something to worry about. This is a common thing. Take care of your sleep, and give rest to your heart and mind. Dreams will come back again.
