From Morning Tea to Transformational Training – A Memorable Day of Leadership, Learning, and Team Growth at the Hospital
Friends, welcome, all of you people in my post today. I hope you all will be happy and healthy. Friends, yesterday was a very good day for us. Yesterday, we celebrated very well in the office. Friends, as usual in yesterday, woke up early in the morning. Before leaving the house, I took a bath and wore formal clothes. I had tea nose and went to the office with my friends as usual. Friends, yesterday, a special training was done by the corporate in our hospital.
After reaching the hospital, I first went to meet the patients. Then I came to know that today a very big trainer has come from corporate who is going to guide us for leadership. We all came to the training conference room. Mr. Pankaj Sharma was a corporate trainer who guided us about effective communication, team management, strong leadership, active licensing and Goal Management.
To become a good leader in life, we have to enhance ourselves. Our leadership comes from our merits. Quitting dirty habits, solving the Conflict and solving it and effective communication is our greatest. We should never forget that the leader gets respect from his leadership and the leaders get the heart of the team and not to rule the team.
Our training was over, after that I had lunch and after lunch, I went to the auditorium room to train the nursing staff. I tried to see the nurses with infection control practices and hospitals infected infection legal windows. I took the pre -test and post test of our team. Earlier, the nursing staff did not know much but after taking training, I took a post test in which the marks of the staff increased. It clearly shows that my training was effective.
It was evening time. In the evening, Mr. Pankaj of Banglore was to be returned, so we all did a closing ceremony and we gave them feedback of a training. We promised them that we learned what we learned in training, we will apply in our routine life. Then all of us had done group photography with the team and bid farewell to them. So this was our yesterday day. I hope that all of you people would like my #Hivediary.
