AI or Nuke warhead

I have the enthusiasm whenever i pass by an article that talks about AI to read it, especially when i find Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg are mentioned in the same article.

Each one of them has a different view toward the near future of AI,the owner of Tesla and SpaceX Elon Musk always warns us about the danger of artificial intelligence.
He got to that point and mentioned that AI is more dangerous than nuclear warheads.
Yet, it should be regulated and monitored by humans to decide the right move for a safe AI, sure i agree with him in that point.
Musk is in the AI business with a company called Neuralink,that works to create a way to connect the brain with machine intelligence.

On the other hand, Mark Zuckerberg said about Elon scenarios are unnecessary and irresponsible, and Facebook Artificial Intelligence Researchers (FAIR) that seeks to understand and develop systems with human-level intelligence by advancing the longer-term academic problems surrounding AI.
