Today's experiment: copper and blue

Hace unos días vi un maquillaje de ojos en Pinterest que combinaba el azul y el cobre, dos colores que me parecen muy lindos pero que jamás hubiese combinado. Al ver este maquillaje quise intentarlo y sinceramente no me gusto mucho el resultado quizás falto combinarlo con otra gama de colores de estos mismos tonos pero siento que no quedo como esperaba, aun asi me gusto experimentar y darme cuenta de que puedo mejorar para la próxima oportunidad, además esta sombra color bronce la tengo en una de mis paletas y nunca la había usado, literalmente estaba nueva. En fin, espero que les guste.

A few days ago, I saw some eye makeup on Pinterest that combined blue and copper, two colors that I think are very pretty but that I would never have combined. When I saw this makeup look, I wanted to try it, and honestly, I didn't really like the result. Maybe I should have combined it with another range of colors in the same tones, but I feel like it didn't turn out as I expected. Even so, I enjoyed experimenting and realizing that I can improve for next time. Plus, I have this bronze eyeshadow in one of my palettes and had never used it before; it was literally brand new. Anyway, I hope you like it.

Maquillé mis cejas y luego apliqué corrector en el parpado, elegí el tono de azul con el cual quería trabajar y en esta oportunidad elegí un azul rey brillante, esta misma sombra la apliqué en la línea de agua. Luego tome el color bronce y maquille todo el centro del parpado y lo difumine con el azul, se convirtió en un tono sutilmente morado, en el lagrimal aplique una sombra liquida brillante y para profundizar la mirada realice un delineado negro. Finalice los ojos aplicando mascara de pestañas.

I did my eyebrows and then applied concealer to my eyelids. I chose the shade of blue I wanted to work with, and this time I chose a bright royal blue. I applied this same shade to my waterline. Then I took the bronze color and applied it to the entire center of the eyelid and blended it with the blue, creating a subtle purple tone. In the inner corner of the eye, I applied a bright liquid eyeshadow and to deepen the look, I lined the eyes with black eyeliner. I finished the eyes by applying mascara.

Ahora aplique base y contornos al rostro para luego sellarlo con polvo traslucido, en las mejillas coloqué rubor rosa y finalice mi maquillaje con un labial marrón oscuro.

Now apply foundation and contouring to the face, then set it with translucent powder. I applied pink blush to the cheeks and finished my makeup with dark brown lipstick.
