Theorosa Nightshade

Buenas noches amigos, hoy mi dibujo para el concurso de @Splinterlands decidí que fuese un retrato, esta carta es una de las que llevo mucho tiempo intentando hacer y no se porque se me hace tan difícil, su tono de piel me confunde muchísimo y en otras oportunidades lo he intentado pero nunca me salía bien, hoy decidí hacerlo sin importar demasiado el color, yo elegí pintar la piel con tonos morados, rosas y azules, me gusto la idea de una mirada penetrante con ojos luminosos pero con el mayor brillo justo en el centro donde estarían el iris muy pequeño de color azul turquesa, espero que les guste.

Good evening friends, today my drawing for @Splinterlands contest I decided to make it a portrait, this card is one of those that I have been trying to do for a long time and I don't know why it is so difficult for me, her skin tone confuses me a lot and in other opportunities I have tried but I never got it right, today I decided to do it without caring too much about the color, I chose to paint the skin with purple, pink and blue tones, I liked the idea of a penetrating look with luminous eyes but with the greatest brightness just in the center where the iris would be very small turquoise blue, I hope you like it.

Esta carta me transmite locura, y aunque no quise hacer algo demasiado expresivo, si logre una mirada perdida en el boceto, siento que se ve bastante imponente, empecé a pintar la piel usando tonos morados claros y oscuros, tambien un poco de rosa en las luces, en una nueva capa fui agregando mas tonos para formar por completo la piel, luego dibuje las marcas en el rostro de color azul claro, empecé a mezclar los colores dejando asi una piel suave, luego me ocupe de rellenar la ropa con tonos similares a los de la carta original.

This card transmits me madness, and although I didn't want to do something too expressive, I did achieve a lost look in the sketch, I feel it looks quite imposing, I started to paint the skin using light and dark purple tones, also a little pink in the lights, in a new layer I added more tones to completely form the skin, then I drew the marks on the face in light blue, I started to mix the colors leaving a smooth skin, then I took care of filling the clothes with similar tones to those of the original card.

Agregue luces y sombras a la ropa para darle volumen pero sin demasiados detalles ya que no es tan visible en este retrato, luego pinte el cabello con un color base oscuro y fui añadiendo luces con grises claros y blancos, cambie el fondo a un tono lila ya que el anterior color no me convencía demasiado, después añadí puntos de luz en algunas zonas del rostro que quería resaltar y finalice editando la imagen a mi gusto, esta vez dándole una tonalidad un poco mas fría y aumentando el contraste.

I added lights and shadows to the clothing to give it volume but without too many details since it is not so visible in this portrait, then I painted the hair with a dark base color and added lights with light grays and whites, I changed the background to a lilac tone since the previous color did not convince me too much, then I added points of light in some areas of the face that I wanted to highlight and I finished editing the image to my taste, this time giving it a slightly cooler tone and increasing the contrast.
