Splinterlands art contest | Tarsa

Saludos gente, hoy para mi entrada en el concurso de @Splinterlands quise realizar a Tarsa, una carta que me gusta mucho, desde septiembre del año pasado no la dibujo, así que hoy me anime a hacer una nueva versión de Tarsa, la ultima vez realice un retrato y en esta oportunidad elegí hacer la mitad del cuerpo. Quise representarla con un rostro sin expresión, simplemente viendo al frente con sus ojos brillantes, se me ocurrió hacer el cabello con muchas ondas, suelto y un movimiento muy exagerado en la parte izquierda, dándole un movimiento hacia arriba, y saliendo pequeñas llamas del cabello, respete el traje original porque la verdad me encanta, utilice colores muy cálidos ya que esta carta tiene fuego, fue un trabajo bastante genial de hacer, espero que les guste.

Greetings people, today for my entry in the @Splinterlands art contest I wanted to make Tarsa, a card that I like very much, since September last year I haven't drawn her, so today I decided to make a new version of Tarsa, the last time I made a portrait and this time I chose to make half body.
I wanted to represent her with a face without expression, just looking ahead with her bright eyes, I thought of making the hair with many waves, loose and a very exaggerated movement on the left side, giving it an upward movement, and small flames coming out of the hair, I respected the original costume because I really love it, I used very warm colors since this card has fire, it was a pretty cool job to do, I hope you like it.

Realice el boceto con la idea que quería en esta ocasión, comencé a pintar usando tonos piel que van a la gama de naranjas, apliqué una nueva capa donde añadí más colores para darle por completo la forma al rostro, en una nueva capa mezcle todos estos colores para tener una piel suave y lisa, comencé a pintar la ropa, para la camisa use un tono gris verdoso y verde oscuro para la otra prenda.

I made the sketch with the idea I wanted on this occasion, I began to paint using skin tones that go to the range of oranges, I applied a new layer where I added more colors to completely shape the face, in a new layer I mixed all these colors to have a soft and smooth skin, I began to paint the clothes, for the shirt, I used a greenish gray tone and dark green for the other garment.

Tome colores oscuros y claros de cada tono para comenzar a aplicar las sombras y luces en la ropa, creando pliegues que darían volumen y realismo, también pinté el patrón de cuadros que tiene la ropa de Tarsa, para el cabello, utilice un color rojo medio oscuro, con un pincel difuso comencé a pintar el resto del cabello, dándole sombras y luces para crear el movimiento que quería, esta vez no utilice el pincel que tiene la textura de cabello, todo lo hice con el pincel difuso y realmente se ve mas bonito así, comencé a pintar un fondo oscuro y añadí las llamas de fuego, tanto abajo como algunas saliendo del cabello.

I took dark and light colors of each tone to start applying the shadows and lights on the clothes, creating folds that would give volume and realism, I also painted the checkered pattern that Tarsa's clothes have, for the hair, I used a medium dark red color, with a difuse brush I started painting the rest of the hair, giving it shadows and lights to create the movement I wanted, this time I didn't use the brush that has the hair texture, I did everything with the difuse brush and it really looks prettier like this, I started to paint a dark background and added the fire flames, both below and some coming out of the hair.

Comencé a dar los últimos detalles, revisando el rostro y lo demás para percatar que no olvidase algo, sentía que el fondo no se fusionaba completamente con mi personaje, añadí algunas luces naranjas en la parte donde el fuego esta presente y sentía que de esta manera quedaba mejor fusionado todo, también añadí algunos detalles de luz al rostro, cabello y ropa, finalmente hice una leve edición de imagen ajustando un poco los colores y que todo quedase mas a mi gusto.

I started to give the last details, checking the face and the rest to make sure I didn't forget something, I felt that the background was not completely merged with my character, I added some orange lights in the part where the fire is present and I felt that this way everything was better merged, I also added some light details to the face, hair and clothes, finally I did a slight image editing adjusting a little the colors and that everything was more to my liking.
