Janni Rebel

Buenas noches amigos Hoy para mi entrada de esta semana al concurso de @Splinterlands he elegido la carta de Janni Rebel, la cual me fue sumamente difícil de recrear pero finalmente lo logre, quise usar nuevamente la técnica de dibujar en escala de grises ya que era un dibujo algo complejo, me gustó la idea de realizarla lo más parecida posible a la original por eso prácticamente deje el vestuario muy idéntico al que vemos en la carta, después de terminar todo el dibujo en escala de grises comencé a experimentar con muchas capas hasta lograr un resultado que me gustara, siempre se me hace super complicado estos dibujos de cuerpo entero pero me gusta de vez en cuando practicarlos, no saben lo nerviosa que me ponen pero es genial ver que si se puede terminar, espero que les guste.

Today for my entry this week to the @Splinterlands contest I have chosen Janni Rebel's card, which was extremely difficult to recreate but finally I did it, I wanted to use again the technique of drawing in grayscale since it was a somewhat complex drawing, I liked the idea of making it as similar as possible to the original so I practically left the costume very identical to the one we see in the card, after finishing the whole drawing in grayscale I began to experiment with many layers until I got a result that I liked, I always find these full body drawings super complicated but I like to practice them from time to time, you don't know how nervous I get but it's great to see that I can finish it, I hope you like it.

Hice mi boceto y luego empecé a pintar con diferentes tonalidades de grises, agregando luces y sombras, mi parte favorita fue el abdomen, siento que fue lo que mas realista y perfecto quedo, poco a poco fui pintando en diferentes capas cada prenda de ropa para tener un mejor control al momento de agregar color, separando cada cosa seria mas facil y ordenado para mas adelante.

I made my sketch and then I started to paint with different shades of gray, adding lights and shadows, my favorite part was the abdomen, I feel it was the most realistic and perfect, little by little I painted in different layers each piece of clothing to have a better control when adding color, separating each thing would be easier and tidier for later.

Después de que termine de pintar todo en escala de grises empecé a agregar color, comencé por la piel en la cual busque darle un tono moreno claro, pinte los ojos morados y lego agregue otras capas que me ayudarían a darle mas volumen a la piel en base a luces y sombras, para la ropa use colores muy similares a los originales e igualmente jugué con diferentes modo de fusión para que se viese cada vez mejor, para el fondo quería un color parecido al que tiene la carta original que son tonalidades cálidas, pero lo probe y no me gusto como se veía en mi dibujo, asi que opte por tonos azules y verdes, tambien pinte el cabello con un verde oscuro y algunas iluminaciones con verde claro.

After I finished painting everything in grayscale I started to add color, I started with the skin in which I tried to give it a light brown tone, I painted the eyes purple and then I added other layers that would help me to give more volume to the skin based on lights and shadows, for the clothes I used colors very similar to the original ones and I also played with different blending modes to make it look better, for the background I wanted a color similar to the one in the original card which are warm tones, but I tried it and I didn't like how it looked in my drawing, so I opted for blue and green tones, I also painted the hair with a dark green and some highlights with light green.

Terminé de pintar los detalles dorados y tambien empecé a realizar un ajuste de color hasta estar satisfecha con el resultado, al final quise darle una tonalidad mas fría a todo el dibujo y ademas añadí iluminaciones en ciertas partes del rostro que quería resaltar.

I finished painting the golden details and also started to make a color adjustment until I was satisfied with the result, at the end I wanted to give a cooler tone to the whole drawing and also added highlights in certain parts of the face that I wanted to highlight.
