Iza the Fanged

Saludos Aliens Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes este Fanart, una carta que me gusta bastante por que tiene esas vibras dark que tanto me gustan y pensé que seria genial recrearla en un retrato, esta vez Iza the fanged es mi musa y ha sido genial pintarla, me costo un poco pintar el cabello, aunque no quedo perfecto me encanto el resultado, quise hacer el cabello muy parecido al original, dibujar sus colmillos rodeados de veneno verde, pero no quise hacerla con la lengua afuera ya que siento que no se iba a ver bien, en la carta original tiene esta especie de tatuaje de serpiente en el pecho, decidí hacer un cambio y pasar esa serpiente a ser un accesorio, por eso le dibuje aretes en forma de serpiente simulando que son de oro, en fin, espero que les guste.

Today I want to share with you this Fanart, a card that I like a lot because it has those dark vibes that I like so much and I thought it would be great to recreate it in a portrait, this time Iza the fanged is my muse and it has been great to paint her, it cost me a little to paint the hair, although it was not perfect I love the result, I wanted to make the hair very similar to the original, I wanted to draw her fangs surrounded by green poison, but I didn't want to make her with her tongue out because I feel it wouldn't look good, in the original card she has this kind of snake tattoo on her chest, I decided to make a change and turn that snake into an accessory, that's why I drew her earrings in the shape of a snake simulating that they are made of gold, anyway, I hope you like it.

Realice el boceto, en el boceto no había agregado las serpientes ya que eso se me ocurrió cuando estaba terminando mi dibujo, empecé a pintar toda la piel para la cual elegí tonos de piel algo pálidos y desaturados, excepto por los labios y alrededor de los ojos que use tonos un poco mas fuertes, en una nueva capa añadí mas colores para darle mas forma al rostro, luego empecé a mezclar todos los colores dejando una textura suave, la mano la pinte aparte en otra capa, ya que la mano necesita dedicación al 100% casi igual que el rostro, añadí un color azul oscuro al cabello como base.

I made the sketch, in the sketch I had not added the snakes since that occurred to me when I was finishing my drawing, I started to paint all the skin for which I chose somewhat pale and desaturated skin tones, except for the lips and around the eyes that I used a little stronger tones, in a new layer I added more colors to give more shape to the face, then I started to mix all the colors leaving a soft texture, the hand I painted separately in another layer, since the hand needs 100% dedication almost like the face, I added a dark blue color to the hair as a base.

Empecé a añadir, grises, negros, azules claros y oscuros y blancos en el cabello, dándole asi poco a poco volumen y forma, pinte la ropa, esta vez quise hacer una prenda que cubriera hasta cuello y la hice con un tono verde oscuro, veía el rostro muy pálido asi que agregue un poco de color a sus mejillas y mas profundidad a la mirada, después pinte el guante que va entre sus dedos con un verde más olivo.

I started to add grays, blacks, light and dark blues and whites in the hair, giving it little by little volume and shape, I painted the clothes, this time I wanted to make a garment that covered up to the neck and I did it with a dark green tone, I saw the face very pale so I added a little color to her cheeks and more depth to the look, then I painted the glove that goes between her fingers with a more olive green.

Para el fondo quise algo sencillo, ya que quería que el centro de atención fuese el retrato, asi que coloque un color negro de base y luego una luz verde detrás, empecé a añadir iluminaciones en diferentes partes, las uñas, labios, nariz, ojos, manos, luego pinte las serpientes que quería colocar de aretes, usando una gama de dorados que hiciese lucir estos accesorios como si fueran oro, finalice editando la imagen, agregue un ajuste de color a mi gusto, dándole tonalidades un poco mas verdes, aumentando el contraste y agregando mas luz en ciertas zonas.

For the background I wanted something simple, since I wanted the center of attention to be the portrait, so I placed a black base color and then a green light behind, I started to add lights in different parts, nails, lips, nose, eyes, hands, then I painted the snakes that I wanted to place as earrings, using a range of gold to make these accessories look like real gold, I finished editing the image, I added a color adjustment to my taste, giving it a little more green tones, increasing the contrast and adding more light in certain areas.
