Found this delicious reggae jam on Emanate!

While daydreaming of my favorite seafood dish I stumbled upon this great track by very talented @ilazramusic on #Emanate:

I haven't been to the beach in over a year, so this totally made my day.

Also, I haven't the slightest clue on how to make this amazing dish, but I can certainly give it a whirl, lol. It's called Tapado and it comes from the Garífuna culture. The Garifuna (or Garinagu) are afro-caribbean people that settled in Belize, Guatemala and Honduras.

some key ingredients in Tapado are plantain, coconut milk and lots of delicious creatures from the sea.

I'll see of my girlfriend Pam wants to make a team effort and try with me.
