Drums Recording Session - Groove 3

Questo è il terzo video delle serie dei "Grooves". Mi piace aggiungere degli “ammennicoli" sui tamburi per ottenere dei suoni diversi, acustici però in partenza, e poi mixarli con qualche effetto per ottenere sfumature con più carattere. In questo caso, oltre ad un piccolo tamburine sul Hi-Hat, ho aggiunto dei cilindri metallici recuperati da un “acchiappasogni” sul rullante. Il suono si è così arricchito e allungato grazie al rimbalzo dei cilindri sulla pelle del rullante. Cosa ne pensate?

This is the second video in the ‘Grooves’ series. I like to add a few ‘dummies’ on the drums to get different sounds, acoustic at first, and then mix them with some effects to get nuances with more character. In this case, in addition to a small tambourine on the hi-hat, I added some metal cylinders recovered from a ‘dream catcher’ on the snare drum. The sound was thus enriched and lengthened thanks to the bounce of the cylinders on the snare drum head. What do you think?
