Name That Tune: Contest 004

This is the fourth quenasabor Name That Tune contest.
Today I did drop a couple clues in the video, as I suspect this one may be somewhat more difficult - although, playing in real life I have had people come up and say: "is that _____, from the movie _____?"
...so I don't think its impossible, it will just need the right person to hear it...or someone doing research based on the given clues I suppose 🤣
