My Actifit Report Card: May 10 2023

Not much sleep last night. The thunderstorm that started around 5pm last night grew big and heavy and dumped hail for over 2 hours in the middle of the night. Here's my front porch in the morning.

And the yard wasn't much better. I managed to get in to the office and ran around with the boss getting stuff done. We dumped off some old equipment for recycling, picked up some laptops to ship out, then met up with our new employee for lunch. His first official day in the office is tomorrow.

After that, I walked around the hangar a bunch fixing issues like normal.

As for today's weather, it's been raining off and on all day. Shortly before leaving, a few tornadoes were reported to the south. Thankfully, I live to the north. I found a time window where the storm cleared around my path home and left.

After getting home, I laid down for a few, then started packing some more. Only 8 days left...and we are still waiting on the underwriters. I thought we were done with this! No response today, hopefully first thing in the morning. And hopefully a yes.

Now I'm just totally worn out. Getting this posted and going straight to bed.
