Monomad: A Simple Birthday Gift
I remember I bought this diecast to coincide with my eldest son's 10th birthday, in December 2018. At that time I was sad because we were having financial difficulties. I had a small business, a used book stall. But it only lasted for a year. Not many people were interested in used books in our town, so I finally decided to close the business. I was confused about what gift I should give to my son on his birthday, at the same time, I didn't have much money. And then, I remembered that he loved to collect diecast cars. I bought a diecast car at the supermarket, I gave it to him after school. It was just a simple birthday gift, but it was enough to make his face smile happily.
This is another entry I submitted for the daily #monomad challenge.
