Damselfly: Pretty Little Predators
The body of the animal is as small as a needle except, its eyes are large and always alert. If you used to see him perched on the grass, this damselfly must look cute and beautiful.
But sometimes small animals can also be cruel predators when dealing with their prey. Like this damselfly, despite having a small body, its mouth is capable of tearing a fly to crumble, as you can see in these pictures.
By using a macro lens, my camera can clearly capture how the damselfly's mouth with its beast endlessly chewing on the poor fly's body.
Even though the distance between my camera and this little animal is very close, only 2 cm, but this damselfly doesn't feel disturbed at all.
And of course, this kind of condition is very easy for me to take as many pictures as I want and the pictures that I get are brighter and better.
