Hola almas perdidas de @zonadeescalofrio. Hoy , vengo a contarles una historia de terror ideal para escuchar por las noches cuando estés solo pero ¡Cuidado! Que no vaya a ser que se te aparezca El visitante nocturno.

Hoy, les traigo una historia inspirada en la Parálisis del sueño. La parálisis del sueño, es un trastorno en el cual la persona, queda completamente inmóvil durante la vigilia del sueño y, durante esta aterradora experiencia , puede ver figuras oscuras que intentan acercarse a ti y lo peor, es que dura dos minutos, dos minutos en el cual sientes miedo y horror al ver esas sombras y no puedes hacer nada al respecto.

Pero ¡No te preocupes! Es totalmente inofensivo y no corres peligro algún pero sin duda, es una experiencia que te pone los pelos de punta ya que no sabes si lo que ves, es real o no.

Today, I bring you a story inspired by the Sleep Paralysis. Sleep paralysis is a disorder in which the person is completely immobile during the wakefulness of sleep and, during this terrifying experience, you can see dark figures trying to approach you and the worst thing is that it lasts two minutes, two minutes in which you feel fear and horror to see these shadows and you can not do anything about it.

But don't worry! It's totally harmless and you are not in any danger, but without a doubt, it is an experience that makes your hair stand on end because you don't know if what you see is real or not.

Si bien, a mi nunca me ocurrió tener una experiencia de este tipo, conocí mucha gente que si. La historia fue modificada en muchas cosas pero me inspire en varias historias que familiares me han contado, dándole un toque mas aterrador y así, lograr que el espectador se ponga en los zapatos de quien sufre este padecimiento.

Sin nada mas que agregar, espero les guste la historia. Los estaré leyendo a todos y les deseo unas lindas pesadillas.

Although I have never had this kind of experience, I have met many people who have. The story was modified in many ways, but I was inspired by several stories that family members have told me, giving it a more frightening touch, so that the viewer can put themselves in the shoes of those who suffer from this condition.
