‎Yesterday I got a fortune of qurban meat, alhamdulillah! Today I immediately thought of cooking something a little different than usual. Instead of sautéing or making soup, I made a homemade version of beef rica-rica seasoning, but guaranteed to make your tongue dance !!! 😋

‎ 🛒 Ingredients I Used:

‎- 500 grams of beef (I used the one from yesterday's qurban)
‎- 3 tablespoons of tapioca flour (for crunchy texture)
‎- 8 shallots
‎- 2 cloves of garlic
‎- 10 peppercorns
‎- 1 teaspoon of salt
‎- 1 teaspoon of flavoring (optional)
‎- 1 piece of brown sugar
‎- Cooking oil to taste
‎- 100 ml of water
