Rise and shine, Superstar! Why the long face? I get it; last night's performance wasn't your best. In fact, it was probably your worst ever, and that's all anyone seems to be talking about. But have you ever stopped to think about what that means for the rest of your journey?

See, whether it's positive or negative, all publicity is good publicity. You just have to change the way you see it. It reminds me of something Henry Ford once told me: "When everything seems to be going against you, remember that the airplane takes off against the wind, not with it." You know what that means, right? You don't achieve anything incredible without fighting some resistance first.

This is all part of the process, baby. You're exactly where you need to be – on the precipice of greatness. Sure, you're beating yourself up, and I get it. Bombing in front of millions isn't exactly a walk in the park. But you know what Oprah once told me, right after I showed up to an interview hungover? "Challenges are gifts that force us to search for a new center of gravity. Don't fight them. Just find a different way to stand."

Yeah, I've met some incredible people, but this talk is about You, not me. You need to see these challenges as stepping stones, not stumbling blocks. They're shaping you into a stronger, wiser performer.

Everyone out there knows it, and I see it too. Tickets to this show sold out in seconds, whether they came to see you crash and burn or rise like a phoenix, they're all here for you!

Look at it from my perspective – for a full 24 hours, every conversation, every headline, every late-night joke has been about you. Yeah, Fallon was pretty hilarious, but that's beside the point. It's time to leave your doubt and fear here and take that stage. It's your time now. Go out there and show them who you truly are! You('ve) Got This!
