Traditional Wood Fire Cooking #22: Fried Chicken
About this video
This video showcases traditional wood-fired home cooking in the Philippines. This video features my style of "fried chicken". This is actually the first time that I am going to cook fried check on a clay stove. In this video, I showed how I cook my style of spaghetti. Back in the day, I used to fry the chicken directly into the cooking oil but then I found out that boiling the chicken first makes the chicken more tender unless you are frying it submerge.
That is all for now guys, catch you up with the next one. Wishing you all safety, good health, and abundance.
