Cool Down

I just say we just had several days of rain and cool weather for most of the year till this last Saturday approximately. High in the 90's. Sunday it got to 97. It was about 80 degrees around 9am this morning
Now how do I cool down. We have an air-conditioning

I love ice water

Cool shower

I have ice flavored pops but usually I forget them. My energy is low
The air moving. Cool air helping me breath better.
If I had a choice I lived amongst big trees and a creek.

How do I think others cool down from extreme hot weather temperatures
I would think an cold coffee, milkshake . Go into a big store that has air conditioning. Put there feet in cool water.
