Moving into a new apartment

Moving into a new apartment has not been easy.
We where given a quick notice in our apartment is an old house though all the tenant so that the house can be renovated and rent increased.
So we where given 1 year notice which was later extended by 3months. The struggle to get another apartment was real. The high cost of housing in Enugu.
3 room apartment N3.5million a year. We had to make a budget and deployed house agents.
Now we have eventually landed a two bedroom apartment at our budget from 3bedroom flat.
Please is housing as expensive in your countries as is in Enugu Nigeria?
It's crazy down here seriously but I thank God we eventually beat the hustle to get an apartment.
Just gradually moving our properties picture of our new house to come later.
