High frequency algorithmic trading is driven by artificial intelligence. They have access to cutting edge tech, breaking news, and can react faster than any human can. They can simultaneously place trades across thousands of exchanges and can recognise and capitalise on arbitrage.

Then there's you, with your mouse, trying to click a button on an exchange. You have Twitter and fake experts to rely on.

Just saying.

I'm currently reading a book called "Superinterlligence" by Nick Bostrom. There is a chapter in there that eerily close to a video I made some time ago about AI and the "singularity". Here is the video if you're interested.
