Running on Empty Is Not a Badge of Honor
Many companie treats burnout like a personal weakness or an excuse for poor performance. The corporate culture demands constant output and views any request for rest as a lack of dedication to the organizational goals. You feel pressured to wear your fatigue like a badge of honor just to prove your commitment.
But I believe good mental health in the workplace is essential. Not only for individuals on a personal level, but also for companies that want to meet their goals and stay competitive.
True organizational resilience is built on the wellbeing of the people who execute the strategy. Rest is not the enemy of productivity, it is the fuel that sustains it over time.
So here is my question for you. Does your current workplace view rest as a weakness or a necessity?
