Sarapan
Tidak sempat masak sarapan pagi.....akhirnya hanya makan buah mengisi perut yang kosong. Jam 11 siang, perut keroncongan ...baru sempat rapel makan pagi + siang . Harus tetap semangat dan tersenyum :)
