Suddenly it started raining. The surrounding sky gave no sign for a moment that such a shower would fall. The sunny afternoon turned into a shadow in an instant. I am standing in a room. Many others have taken refuge around.

The sound of the rain seems to create a rhythm—the tinkling of the tin roof, the car horn in the distance, the sudden rush of cold air, all together a different feeling. I held the mobile phone for a few moments, it was a moment of strange peace - to stop a little in the rush of life, to take a little breath.

The rain-soaked road looks completely different now. Some people are walking wet towards their destination. I'm just sitting, in tune with this contingency of nature, waiting for the rain to stop. Until then, it's good to be company on this rainy afternoon.
