What Should I Invest In?

I know I don’t really have so many friends on here but if you come across this post, just read for some minutes and I hope you give me a good advice.
I’m planning on moving forward with life next year. I’m doing very good with my life right now but I’m thinking of so many things next year.

Should I invest in Gold?

Talking about Gold, I don’t know which one to go for even if I decide to invest in Gold, I don’t know if I should invest in physical Gold or just to buy stocks. I just feel Gold will be a very good investment and I don’t know how to go about it.

This thought just filled my head and I don’t know which one to do. It’s not like I have so much money but I want to have another business.

Or real estate?

I have a friend who is into real estate and he can easily put me through. I trust him so much that I will invest in the right place. Now, if I decide to invest in real estate, should I just buy a land and wait for sometime to resell it or I should just build something little on it and with time, I will build a house on it which I can rent out to people. What’s your advice?

Online business?

I was even thinking about online business like the sales of perfumes or other things that can sell fast online. I know how to do all those things so they are never a problem but will I succeed or will I have time because I’m pursuing my main career next year as well.

Sincerely, there is nothing you will ask me to do in any of these three that I won’t do and even if I don’t know much about the business, I can learn it because I’m very serious. I don’t just want to waste the little money I’ve got with me.
