Life is a tussle between good times and bad times but the reality is we need to move on irrespective of what phase of life we are in as time moves on we need to move on in life.
It's particularly difficult for people to move on in life when a person goes through a difficult time as we get stuck with negative thoughts which bother us a lot and that we can't even think of even the simplest solutions.
Life is all about ups and down but nothing is constant in life and things do change as time passes by so we need to keep moving on in order to be hopeful for betterment in life.
