Technology: A Blessing or a Curse

It wouldn't be wrong to say that today's era is the age of technology, and if we look around, we'll see the contribution of technology in every field, which has led to many conveniences in those areas. If we talk about the last few years, technology has provided us with many facilities that have made our lives much easier. For example, there was a time when you had to write a letter to talk to a distant relative, then you had to post it, and it would reach them several days later. But today, through mobile phones, you can talk to any relative or friend, no matter where they are in the world, and you can even see them live. This is the magic of technology.

Just look at the banking sector and the conveniences we get because of technology. In the past, you had to go to the bank, stand in line to withdraw money, and then keep the money safely with you before you could buy what you needed. But ever since ATMs and UPI technology came into existence, you don't even need to go to the bank, and you can do all your transactions from your mobile phone.

There are many such areas where technology has led to significant development and provided many conveniences to the public. This was about the advantages of technology; now let's talk about its disadvantages, which have made life a little more complicated. Social media is also an example of technology, and nowadays, people are using social media more and spending more time on it, due to which they don't pay much attention to real-life relationships and feel that social media is everything. Using social media is good, but giving it so much importance is not good because what can actually help you is real relationships. I have seen many people who are so active on social media, but in real life, they don't even talk to anyone, and nothing seems important to them except social media. The situation with social media is quite bad, especially for young people, because nowadays, social media often displays content that is completely inappropriate for them. When young people start viewing this kind of content, their minds become distracted, and instead of focusing on their studies, they chase after these things, which can jeopardize their future.
