Lika-liku perjalanan dinas ke sebuah dusun di perbatasan antara kabupaten Aceh Utara dengan Kabupaten Benar Meriah, yang jarak tempuh dari kantor camat ke lokasi sekitar 42 Km. tepatnya dusun Jabal Antara Desa Alue Dua Kecamatan Nisam Antara Kabupaten Aceh Utara.
Tim terdiri dari Asissten 1 Sekretariat Daerah, Kepala Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil, para pejabat eselon dan stafnya, Camat dan stafnya, kapolsek, dan tokoh masyarakat dari desa Alue dua.
