Szechuan Beef Pares Mami
I thought that cooking Beef Pares is the last thing for yoday, but no.
He's just suuuper supportive, and loves doing errands for me... he never complained...
Aaron went back to the market and bought some veggies and mami (fresh egg noodles) so now may I present to you, my 1st attempt and not so legit Szechuan Style PARES MAMI!
