it comes with the Late Night DLC. It has apartments/lofts for your sims to live in and they're amazing

In this dlc your sims can meet celeb sims and if you impress them you will gain celeb status. Your celeb sims can get discounts on meals and stuff. Also, the paparazzi will stalk them. They can even slander/spread rumors about your celeb sims.
