TurboTax REJECTED My Extension Request

In this video I talked about how despite
my earnings dipping, Coinbase still sends me an email saying I
have activity I needed to report to the IRS. I tried to file for an extension and it was rejected
within 15 mins. The "reason" was because my SSN and name on the e-file has to match
the database on te extension. I checked and the info IS the same. Turbo
has no way to send a support message and provide the screen shots. The only
way to chat with someone is to pay for tax advice which I cannot afford.
I don't owe any taxes, however, it costs (as of now) 150 to file. Im left with no other option
put to down down and increase my postings to come up with the money for the filing
fees. You CAN use your return. Because I am not getting one, I have to use my own money
