Streets cuisine : Skewer ( Fish, Shrimp, Squid,..)

Culinary Hanoi, a convergence of typical culinary culture of many different regions. When you order, the seller will heat the food with fried oil. This dish is dipped in Chilli sauce.
These food skewers are made with flour. This dish appears a lot at vegetarian festivals.

On average, one day sells about 400 skewers of this food.
This dish is delicious, but I recommend you eat it once a month.
